Outdoor Film Festival is the longest festival in the world, in 2021 it took its audience in more than 1,000 cities and localities among Russia. The OFF's social mission is to introduce independent short films by Russian authors to viewers from Moscow to Novie Zabalki which population less than 300 people. And traditionally the audience will determine the winner: with the help of flashlights, they vote for the best film. The author of the best work will receive the main prize — a grant of 1,500,000 rubles.

As a part or OFF's PR department Grand Street co developed a communication strategy and engaged in full-scale compaign with the media outlets and opinion leaders. As a result more than 350 media in more than 900 publications talked about OFF.
